Review of WS_FTP Professional 9

The UK magazine BIOS has a review of WS_FTP Professional on their Web site. You can view it here.

I always enjoy reading third-party reviews of the WS_FTP line and thought others in the FTPplanet community might as well. I'll post reviews as I come across them. If you see one, feel free to post a link to it as a comment or in our discussion forums.

More on Sorting Files

Creating Desktop Shortcuts

If you want to create a desktop shortcut for your favorite FTP program (or any other program), navigate to it's entry on your start menu, right click on it and select 'Send To >' from the next menu. Choose 'Desktop (Create Shortcut)' and a new icon will appear on your desktop.

Want to get fancy and create a shortcut directly to a favorite FTP site? See our Creating a Shortcut for an FTP Site Profile tutorial.
